We specialize in 'made to order' signage and displays that
demand attention and are built to LAST.
PAYMENT TERMS
We require credit card information on ALL Accounts set up in our system. Account set up is required before ANY designs or concepts are submitted.
Note: Nothing is run on your card until the design is approved and we begin fabrication!
Projects requiring Permit Approval with local code, we typically run a $250 initial design fee before providing mechanical renderings and other documentation required to obtain Permit. The $250 initial fee is applied toward the initial Material Deposit one your Permit is in hand and we start Production.
On ALL projects, a 50% Material Deposit is required before we start Production. The final balance is run on your card upon safe shipping.

NOTE: If payment by check is your only option, ask your Sales Rep for our Fed Ex number. Once we have a faxed copy of the check and Fed Ex racking number, we will begin production.
PRODUCT WARRANTY
We advertise all of our Sign Solutions as lifetime, maintenance free products. We have examples in every extreme weather climate imaginable, and (knock on wood) in our 15 years of business have YET to have had a single issue with the integrity of our products. Your Sales Rep will be more than happy to provide you with references should you wish.
